I am running a hobart 210 mvp with 75/25 gas. my hobart handler 140 is having an issue with gas flow. i checked the regulator, gas is going into the back of the welder, but doesn't come out of the tip. i found i didn't have the liner conduit ( the part that holds the liner) plugged into the machine right. the gas port hole in the bore of the power block may be partially blocked from arcing, or the bore may be pitted not. check to be sure hose, gas valve, and torch are not restricted or the tank is not out of gas. A few days ago i started noticing pin holes. open mig gun and make sure your gas hose is not short causing hose crimping bend that will restrict gas flow. expect exceptional support from hobart welders every step of the way. The tank is full, the valve is on but my welds are.
